Bodega, vinificación y envejecimiento


The CellarIthaca started the vinification in an old little house that was rebuilt according to the local style on the lower side of the property in 1999. The first grape harvest look place in 2003 in that little house. In 2003 a new bodega has been build quite close to the main road.

This cellar is very versatile and practical, wide, without columns, operative and full of light.

  • Surface area of new cellar: 500 sq. meters.
  • On the first floor there is a smart laboratory a kitchen and a winetasting room.
  • The ground floor is dedicated to the reception of grapes, vinification, elaboration, bottling, labelling and shipping platform.
