ODYSSEUS
The label represents the night where we can see the undone tapestry, made by Odysseus’s wife Penélope while she was waiting for her husband (20 years). It was thought that Odysseus would never come back, as he was meant to be dead, and once she would have finished the tapestry, she would marry one her many suitors. But she never wanted to marry her suitors, so she was knitting by day and unknitting by nich as she was very loyal to her missing husband and she knew he would come back; sooner or later..
PENÉLOPE:
However, as said in her loneliness, Penélope was loyal Odysseus as she was sure that her husband would return. The wine is an homage to the sweet and sensible wife that cared so much about her husband Odysseus. These wines were elaborated to meet the closest projection to the true character and sensibility of the Queeen of Ithaca.
AKYLES:
This a younger, fresh and brave wine made from young wines fro our property. In fact we flight back to the Il.IADA, trying to hommage the brave Akyles, as without him the Troyan War would have never ended. He was a great warrior, Odysseus was the clever guy and therefore they succeded. Probabli missing one of them, the future history of Troy would have never been the same.
